PORTER FLEMING LITERARY COMPETITION
The Porter Fleming Literary Competition honors the memory of Porter Fleming, one of Augusta, Georgia's leading citizens and foremost philanthropists. The competition is administered by the Morris Museum of Art, the first museum in the country to focus on the art and artists of the American South. The competition consists of four categories - fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and one-act play - and dispenses $7,000 in cash awards. Deadling is February 13, 2017. More information...
