ART DROP-OFF: February 18, 12-2pm

Will I have to buy a ticket for this party?

This event is free to members. So as long as you have a current membership to the Greater Augusta Arts Council, you are good to go. Memberships start at an affordable $35. If you are not a current member, click on the "I Need to Join" button below." If you are a member, click on the blue button below for the artist application.

Will I have to paint in person?

No, while we do offer some artists the opportunity to paint live at the event, it is not required.

Do you want me to donate my art to make money for you?

No, the Greater Augusta Arts Council does the Wet Paint Party and Sale to help local member artists generate income and exposure, as well as to grow our membership base.

What's in it for me, the artist?

If your work is sold at the event, you will receive your full asking price after the item is paid for.

What if my art does not sell?

Well, you take it home with you that night!

What's in it for the Arts Council?

We sell the artwork in a silent auction. The minimum bid is the asking price that the artist sets. If the art sells for more than the minimum bid, the Arts Council receives the difference.

When will my artwork need to be finished?

Before you fill out the application. Applications without a photo will not be accepted. We don't mean "Wet Paint" literally!
