THE DEADLINE FOR THE ART CART CALL FOR ARTISTS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO AUGUST 17. The Arts Council is currently taking applications and mock-ups from local artists for inventive designs for the Art Cart, a new piece of public art that gives a nod to Augusta’s golf ties while offering the community a place to view local art, a shaded place to sit, and even a charging station for their phone.
