The 37th Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival, hosted in the heart of downtown Augusta, Georgia, is happening THIS WEEKEND, September 15-17. Don’t miss out on one of Augusta’s favorite festivals! The Global Village is one of the BEST parts of the Award Winning Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival. Performances All Weekend
Performers from across the Augusta region and the Southeast will be coming to the festival to perform on one of FIVE stages of Entertainment! Over 150 performances are scheduled for the weekend. Catch international and dance showcases on the Global Stage, local bands and musicians on the Community Stage, poetry and acoustic sets on the Troubadour Stage, theater and kid-friendly shows on the Family Stage, and the Jazz Stage – well, that speaks for itself! Interactive Family Area
The Family Area of the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival is overflowing with free activities and crafts to make special artistic memories with your kids – of all ages! Check in at the Family Area info booth to get a passport for the Family Area Scavenger Hunt. Children who complete a majority of the crafts in the activity booths get a free prize! Author’s Alley presented by the Book Tavern – NEW!
This year’s festival will host the first ever Author’s Alley, presented by the Book Tavern. Come to the Alley, located in the JB White’s Building between New Moon and The Book Tavern, to meet over 30 local and regional authors throughout the weekend.
