The Nature and Adventure Center is looking for an experienced teacher to lead fun arts/crafts and projects with children ages 5-11 from May 30 through July 28 with a week off July 10-14. The position is Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, leading 3 to 5 60-minute classes per day, depending on the day and week. The position pays $2,375 per month or $4,750.00 for the 8 weeks of camp. We are located at 4316 Three J. Road, Evans, Ga. 30809, just across the street from Riverside Middle School. We offer swimming, archery, fishing, disc golf, tennis, basketball, games, songs, arts/crafts, etc. on our 29-acre campus. You will have your own dedicated classroom with flatscreen, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, etc. Any teacher of any grade level or subject area is welcome to apply. I was a teacher for many years and there is an “art” to leading children in fun and all of you would be fine candidates.
