Blogging is back, baby! It’s feeling like 2008 these days with daily blogs and vlogs back on the rise in the arts world. Experience sharing is so fundamentally human, in my opinion. It’s how we share our individual stories, with arts being a direct reflection of those stories.
Everyday blogging can be overwhelming. However, regular posting is part of the self-promotion process. So, it doesn’t have to be every day. Just consistent. Case in point, this blog I do is just once a month.
“But, uh… What should I blog about, Heather? I’m running out of content.”
Well, there’s always the prompt method! I was recently gifted a “my story” journal full of prompts like “what was your first day of high school like?” Or “what was the color of your bedroom growing up?”
Just a new way to journal, because I tend to only write in mine when I’m cleaning up my room while wearing all the costume cool stuff I found. Consider your blog like a fun journal. Below are some prompts to get you going!
