For a small percentage of gross revenues, the Adventure Center will provide a classroom, furniture, all utilities including electric, water, trash, custodial, property taxes, repairs, depreciation, etc. and will assist with marketing. The art instructor will handle teaching art, ordering supplies, and accepting registration.
