Installation: January or February 2024
Deadline: Submissions are open November 13- November 29 at 2:00pm. Invitations to display will be sent to selected artists by December 5th.

Eligibility: This exhibition is open to community artists in the Augusta or South Carolina region. The AU Healing Arts Gallery is housed within a medical facility that has guests of all ages. Due to this, all artwork submitted must be family friendly and cannot contain any nude, strong political, religious or holiday themes.
The gallery wall is primarily for 2D works. If you are selected to display, all 2D works will need to be framed or include a wipeable surface. The wipeable surface should be able to withstand hospital grade cleaning products for prevention of germs/bacteria. The hanging system is comprised of eleven (11) metal hanging rods. Ten (10) rods are available to use for hanging artwork and one (1) rod is reserved to hang a framed artist bio.
Photography: Must be framed or have a wipeable surface/medium
Painting: Must have a sealant coating or a wipeable surface/medium
Artist Responsibilities: Artists will be responsible for hanging their own work. All artists planning to offer their works for sale must submit a final list of all artwork titles, images, and pricing before displaying. To continue in our efforts of healing hearts through healing arts, 20% of artwork sales will be donated back to Augusta University and the Wellstar MCG Health volunteer programs and services. This will be collected on the final date of installation.
