Calling ALL musicians, dancers, filmmakers, artists, performers and creatives!
Individuals, groups and organizations are invited to submit proposals for artistic projects to Westobou. Those chosen will be commissioned to implement the project throughout the year. Selected projects will be promoted and documented by Westobou.
