Big Bailey & Friends Performing Live At Arts In The Heart Of Augusta
Augusta, GA – Big Bailey Featuring Lolita Pierre, Sa Jules, Cookie, and the Sounds of Brilliance Band (Maestro, Cocoa Dylan, Staxxxz) performing live on the Community Stage at Arts In the Heart of Augusta on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Big Bailey & Friends will perform many songs from his award-winning 15-track album titled “Never Quit On Your Dreams,” along with Augusta’s legendary band Sounds of Brilliance. The performance will consist of uplifting, inspirational, and motivational music, which is greatly needed in current conditions when hearts are heavy. They will also perform a special song dedicated to and titled after Big Bailey’s mother, Johnnie-Mae Bailey. Big Bailey quit his job and became his mother’s full-time caregiver after she survived a rare life-saving heart surgery called an LVAD (left ventricular assist device). He cared for her for four months until she passed away due to COVID-19. So, Big Bailey dedicates this performance to the memory of his mother and all great mothers.
Big Bailey shares and lives by his mantra, “It’s never too late for me to be great. I will never quit on my dreams.” He will also be performing on the Soul Suite Stage at Arts In The Heart on Saturday, September 21.
