Pastel Society of America is happy to announce that the painting, Bryce Canyon, has received the Wholesale Frame Company Award at the The 51st Pastel Society of America’s Annual Exhibition 2023 Enduring Brilliance. This year’s juror of awards was Diana Thompson, Director of Collections, National Academy of Design. This is the second year in a row that Michael was juried into the National show.

Michael Meissner is a CSRA artist who paints in oils and pastels from his home studio in Appling, GA. His subject matter features landscapes and portraits. Michaels work can be found at the MAC Gallery in Thomson, Georgia and the City Gallery in the Augusta Municipal Building Winter Showcase exhibit for the month of December.
