Main Gallery, Arts & Heritage Center of North Augusta
July 10–31, 2025
Reception: Thursday, July 17, 5–8 PM – Free & open to the public
The Arts & Heritage Center of North Augusta proudly presents Eyes Wide Open IV: The Power of Light, a juried photography exhibition showcasing the work of AHC member photographers. On view in the Main Gallery from July 10 through July 31, 2025, this fourth installment in the annual series celebrates the diverse perspectives and technical talents of local photographers united by a shared passion for capturing light.
This year’s theme, The Power of Light, invites viewers to experience the emotional impact and visual strength of light in all its forms—natural, artificial, dramatic, subtle, and symbolic. Through each frame, artists explore how light transforms subjects, tells stories, and reveals hidden details.
The community is warmly invited to attend the opening reception on Thursday, July 17, from 5 to 8 PM. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the photographers, engage with the work, and enjoy an evening of creative exchange. The event is free and open to the public.
Eyes Wide Open IV continues the AHC’s mission to provide space and opportunity for local artists while enriching the cultural life of the region. Join us in celebrating the art of seeing—and the light that brings every image to life.
