25 Oct Annual Legislative Luncheon Speakers Announced
Augusta, GA ? ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE LUNCHEON SPEAKERS ANNOUNCED
Each November, the Greater Augusta Arts Council hosts a Legislative Luncheon to share the importance of arts in Augusta, as well as a chance for attendees to acknowledge Augusta?s local and state legislators. Discussions are held on economic development through art, upcoming plans for the future, and public art.
This year, the Greater Augusta Arts Council will focus on the upcoming plans for Public Art in Augusta and the importance of shared community art experiences. The Arts Council has invited three notable speakers to share their perspectives of these topics:

The Greater Augusta Arts Council?s Legislative Luncheon will be held Thursday, November 10, 11:30-1pm at the Sacred Heart Cultural Center located at 1301 Greene St. Admission is $20, with discounts for GAAC members and Leadership Augusta Alumni.
