With the holidays fast approaching and SNAP benefits running low, the Greater Augusta Arts Council is collecting non-perishable food items for Golden Harvest Food Bank from October 29–November 14.
Drop off donations Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm at 1301 Greene St, Augusta GA.
Most wanted items:
• Low sodium canned veggies
• No sugar added canned fruit
• Canned meats & seafood
• Nuts & nut butters
• Whole grain pasta & rice
• Whole grain cereal & oats
• Dried beans, peas & lentils
• Low sugar jam & jelly
