03 Nov Intern Hannah’s Last Month
This month has given me the wonderful opportunity to spend more time learning how things operate behind the scenes at the Greater Augusta Arts Council. Working alongside such a dedicated and creative team has deepened my appreciation for the time, care, and collaboration it takes to bring the Augusta arts community together.
Throughout October, I’ve been compiling data from the Arts in the Heart festival and assisting wherever I can around the office—hoping to make things just a little bit easier for everyone. It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I’ve learned so much from the talented individuals who make up this organization. From day one, everyone has been so kind, supportive, and welcoming, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better internship experience.
Although this will be my final blog post for the semester as my fall internship comes to an end, this isn’t goodbye! I’m thrilled that I’ll be returning in January to continue my journey with the Arts Council for the spring semester. I can’t wait to see what’s next and to keep growing alongside this amazing team.
