EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
The Greater Augusta Arts Council of Augusta, GA seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the full time Executive Director to advance the mission and agenda of the organization. The Greater Augusta Arts Council provides innovative programs and services to artists, arts organizations, educators, youth and the general public.

The mission of The Greater Augusta Arts Council is to enrich the quality of life for citizens and visitors in the Augusta River Region by advancing cultural arts.
Role and Responsibilities
The Executive Director serves as the leader of the Arts Council, works closely with and reporting to the President of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director also directs and administers all programs, operations and policies in addition to supervising a professional staff.
