Gallery are two “local artists only” exhibition spaces where creators that call Augusta’s River Region home have the opportunity to display their works. The Augusta & Co. Gallery is located in the back of Augusta & Co., which acts as Downtown Augusta’s visitor’s center and gift shop, and is managed by Destination Augusta.

Soul of Augusta : Celebrating Culture, Diversity and Victory will celebrate the culture, diversity and victory of blackness in Augusta, GA and the south through art. Local artist, gallerist and Humanitree House owner, Baruti Tucker, often incorporates historic references into his work, both visual and metaphorical. He paints imagery of nature and women through a lens of strength and pride.

NuBAG is an Artists’ Guild where artists can join to feel empowered through the arts. A name which was inspired by Augusta icon, James Brown’s “Papa’s got a brand new bag.” NuBAG’s mission is to create opportunities for artists in Augusta’s River Region to create, show and profit from their work.
